Clamp Carriers

The Quick Large-Panel Press is a hydraulic clamping machine that produces very large, very flat panels and millwork. It can also be used to produce smaller, more common-size panels. All clamping surfaces are milled for precise flatness.

Conveyorized Glue Applicators

Quick Machinery Company offers a complete line of reasonably-priced Conveyorized Glue Applicators that compliment our Clamp Carrier line.Applicators are available with either 12", 16" (standard) or 20" wide glue rolls, with conveyors 10' long or longer (16' is standard, which works well with a standard 8.5' wide Clamp Carrier).

Roller Coater Glue Spreaders

Quick Machinery Company offers a line of high-quality, low-cost, simple-to-use Roller Coater Glue Spreaders.

Our Glue Spreaders are available with either three rolls for top-only application, or with four rolls for top-and-bottom application (a four-roll Spreader can also be used for top-only application).

Quick Glue Spreaders feature grooved rubber-covered glue rolls that are acid and heat resistant and very durable. Smaller Spreaders (17" and 24" wide) have chrome-plated doctor rolls, and larger (36", 42", 48" and 54" wide) have hardened rubber doctor rolls.

Standard fixed feed rate is 80 feet per minute, with a variable feed rate of 40 to 118 feet per minute available as an option.

All of our Spreaders feature safety wire emergency stop systems. Roll guards (hoods) are also available and are recommended for safety.
