Pallet and Wood Waste Recyling Systems

WSM is the leader in supplying pallet and wood waste grinding systems to the pallet & recycling industries. WSM's pallet grinding systems feature WSM's Horizontal Hog in combination with screening, conveying, and metal separation machinery to deliver a finished wood fiber product in a single pass. Optional equipment includes an in-line colorizer for producing colored mulch and a secondary hammermill for producing animal bedding. Other products produced with WSM's pallet grinding system include boiler fuel, particleboard furnish, and mulch. For lower volume applications WSM offers the High Torque Shredder. This shredder is specifically designed for pallet recycling applications and offers low noise and low horsepower operation for ease of installation and low maintenance.

Hammermills

WSM Hammermills are designed to provide superior processing performance with reduced maintenance when processing wood fiber in "fine grind" applications. The ability to set the machines up with different hammer and screen configurations, combined with operating speeds of 1800 – 3600 rpm, allows WSM Hammermills to handle different product sizes and capacities. WSM Hammermills are available with rotor diameters from 24" – 48" and widths of 18" – 84". Processing capacities range from 1 – 50 tons per hour.

Wood and Bark Hogs

WSM offers a complete line of heavy duty, vertical feed wood and bark hogs for processing wood and bark materials. Combining the highest quality materials with severe-duty construction, WSM wood and bark hogs are built to provide a long wear life with low maintenance. Numerous design features are included to insure maximum production with minimum maintenance expense. A full range of machine sizes are available with capacities ranging from 1 – 150 tons per hour.
